How to Fix a Hole in a Lawn

A hole or rut in a lawn is easy to repair.
  1. Loosen soil a bit and fill the hole with Sunland One Earth or Planting Mix about 1" above the level of the lawn.
  2. Lightly walk over the spot, and then reseed matching the primary species in your lawn.
  3. Cover with a thin layer of OSH Peat Moss, NutraPeat or Sunland One Earth to hold down seeds.
  4. Water regularly with a fine mist for about a month.
